Graduation Speech- Video- self Assessment

5, 6, 7, 8 move move clap clap. I danced my way into the unknown world of Dance school with my first dance teacher as a year 3 Joy. She helped me with science and helped me shuffle to find my way through the school why I was just starting out.

Before I knew it I was dancing high with Ngaire and learning how to duggie. I really enjoyed the art we did with Rosie’s class and thats how I met my first best friend Grace A. Grace A was well is AWESOME. She is always there when I need a shoulder. Now we will get back to Grace in a minute. Ngaire tort me to have fun know matter what happened.

Finally, I did the sprinkler all the way over to Nic’s class while we were cracking up jokes with Malichi. Now this guy is the musical arts person. In E9 Nic  put together a class band, for inquire.

What is a friend? It is not a old  snotty tissue that once you have used, you chuck it in the bin. It is not the second hand bike that you ride once your new bike had broke. Well to me, friends are everything. You would have to be insane to not like having friends. Friends are so amazing. They are my butter to my toast, my pencil to my paper, my fruit to my loop, my plan to my brand new home but most of all, you guys are my best to my friends. To all my year 6 friends, you have been the best. You have made this school to become a better place. Grace A you have been my friend since I was just like a little seed. You have watered me to make a strong plant just like you. Another month, another year, another smile, another tear Another summer, and a winter but there can never be another friend like you, there is no way that I am ever going to replace you. Wow, you are going already. Time has really gone by. Truly great friends are hard to find. Difficult to leave & impossible to forget. I am not a person who just has friends that are girls, I have a lot of friends that are boys. There are a few boys who are my friends, such as Malichi Jack Finn Aimen Mason & Daniel.
So many memories, so many stupid fights, so many crazy nights,  everything crazy that I do, I always seem to do it with you.

  1. Wow, well done Aroha! I really loved your speech. You had lots of warm fuzzies to give those who have inspired you during your time at RSS. I also like your analogy to dancing. Ka mau te wehi!
